Our proprietary anaerobic process develops potent quantities of live probiotic cultures, polyphenols (antioxidants) , digestive enzymes, B & C vitamins and minerals.
All from the whole fruit fermentation.

What is a Kefir Kraut ?
Tibico Kefir Krauts are equally unique.
Unlike normal fermentation where the bacteria are derived from the surface of the vegetables, we add our primary fermented water kefir to each recipe.
The result is a Kraut (Sauerkraut) that has a sweet smell and amazing tangy flavours.
