Our unique anaerobic process (without air fermentation) ferments out natural sugars to generate billions of gut friendly strains of lactobacillus and bifidobacterium. Due to the controlled acidity and zero sugar, our bottles and jars are dormant on shipping. However some will continue with a little fermentation during transport and produce some excess carbon dioxide.
On receipt of your box please refrigerate.
Invert the bottle to mix up all the good stuff before unscrewing. Gently open the tamperproof seal slowly to release any excess pressure.
