The Tibico process is heavily focused on the microbiology and biochemistry of small batch craft fermentation. The bacteria and beneficial yeasts in our secondary fermentation process feed on the fruit sugars; multiplying by the billions and producing organic compounds that are absolutely essential to the body's metabolism.

Start Slow – Let Your Gut Say Hello

If you're new to fermented drinks, it's best to start with a small amount—around 100ml per day.

Choose a time when your stomach is at its calmest and least acidic:

• First thing in the morning before breakfast, or

• Before bedtime on an empty stomach

This timing allows the living probiotics in Tibico to mostly survive stomach acid and reach your gut, where the real magic happens.

What Happens Next?

Everyone’s Gut Reacts Differently. Some people feel the benefits almost immediately—better digestion, reduced bloating, and a gentle lift in mood and energy.

But if your gut has been under siege from poor diet, antibiotics, stress, or illness, the good bacteria in Tibico may go into battle against harmful microbes that have taken up residence. This internal turf war can cause temporary symptoms, such as:
