    Due to the controlled acidity and zero sugar, our bottles are dormant on shipping. However some will continue a little in-bottle fermentation and produce some excess carbon dioxide.

    On receipt of your box please refrigerate. 

    Invert the bottle to mix up all the good stuff before unscrewing.  Gently open the tamperproof seal slowly to release any excess pressure. 

    If you do not wish to drink the whole bottle, screw the cap tightly and return to the fridge.

    Refer to the 'best by date' on the bottom of the bottle.
